Are groceries included in the deposit?
No. The $500 deposit reserves your Kitchen Helper and covers their time. Groceries are separate and usually run about $300-$450 for 6-12 people.
What if no Kitchen Helper is available?
If Feastly Spread cannot confirm a Kitchen Helper for your trip, your deposit is refunded. Pilot bookings only move forward once Kitchen Helper matching is confirmed.
When is the deposit refundable?
The booking is fully refundable before your Kitchen Helper is confirmed. After confirmation, you can still cancel for a full refund until 48 hours before dinner. Within 48 hours, the booking is locked and non-refundable.
