Some prep steps are allowed when appropriate, but do not show up with a fully pre-cooked meal or store-bought prepared trays passed off as Kitchen Helper meals. Keep it simple: basic ingredients, real cooking, practical group meals.
Your Responsibilities
- Bring your own basic cooking gear: knives, cutting board, preferred pan or pot, utensils, and tools.
- Shop if the guest chose helper-shops mode.
- Arrive with groceries and gear when you are handling groceries.
- Cook and prep at the vacation rental so dinner is freshly prepared on-site.
- Cook one full hot dinner for the group.
- Prep fresh breakfasts and lunches for the rest of their stay.
- Label prepared meals with heating notes.
- Do all dishes and leave the kitchen spotless.
Gear You Must Bring
- Sharp knives.
- Cutting board.
- Preferred pan or pot if needed.
- Utensils and tools.
- Storage containers for prepped meals.
- Labels or marker.
- Apron, optional.
Payment & Process
$400-$450 per dinner night + tips.
Complete a dinner night, get paid that day.
Groceries are separate and reimbursed or provided depending on the guest's grocery mode.
